Share diagrams deliberately

Export a file

Export SVG, PNG, or PDF when the recipient only needs to view the result. Export Mermaid source when they need to continue editing.

Public links and embeds

A public share link is accessible to anyone who has its token. Treat it as published content: remove secrets, credentials, customer data, and internal infrastructure details before sharing. Embeds use the same public-diagram model in a page without the full Studio chrome.

Private collaboration

Personal includes private diagrams and explicit read-only share links. Shared editing, teammate comments, and presence require membership in an eligible Team workspace. Verifying an email address does not grant Team access by itself.

Keep private work in the authenticated workspace and only publish a link after review. Revise or remove access when the content should no longer be public.
