Mermaid editor and flowchart maker

Write Mermaid source, render it instantly, and export the result. This playground runs in your browser: it does not call DiagraFlow AI or upload your source.

No signup required. Your source stays in this tab and is cleared when you close or reload it.

Need to keep or share the work?

Cloud saving, public sharing, version history, collaboration, and GitHub sync require a DiagraFlow account. Nothing is silently uploaded from this playground.

What is a Mermaid editor?

Mermaid turns readable text into diagrams. A flowchart begins with a direction such as flowchart LR, then defines nodes and connections. Because the source is plain text, it can be reviewed, copied into documentation, and versioned beside code.

Use the free playground

Choose a sample or type your own Mermaid. The preview updates after each edit. Invalid syntax stays in the editor and produces a specific error instead of replacing your work.

Export portable files

Download the original .mmd source or the rendered SVG. Both formats remain under your control and do not require an account.

Move to Studio when needed

Create an account only when you want server-side features such as saving, sharing, collaboration, version history, GitHub sync, or hosted AI assistance.

Supported examples

The playground includes flowchart, sequence, and entity-relationship examples. Mermaid supports additional diagram syntaxes; compatibility depends on the Mermaid version shipped with DiagraFlow. See the public documentation and published feature list for the current product scope.
